Intended product behavior (subject to final counsel text)

• Subscriptions (Pro monthly/yearly): cancel anytime via customer portal when Stripe is the active provider; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated in the final policy.
• Credit Packs / Activity Pack: unused credits may be eligible for refund windows defined at launch; consumed AI/export entitlements are generally non-refundable.
• Chargebacks and disputes follow Stripe/Creem tooling once billing is live.
